    Hi,

    Trying to download V2, I can download only V1.6. I have a Max licence…

    Regards.

  2. I just purchased Ultimento last week…Can you help with resetting my password to login so that I can upgrade to Ultimento2?
Also, after I upgrade will I have to replace all the files in pages > css so that my text and links show up in the new template?

Hi Louis – I just reset your password and email in your account so you should receive a confirmation email with your new credentials shortly.

To update your installation without overwriting your custom changes make sure to follow the instructions ;) .

Hello, we purchased the 2.0 Ultimento package. On the downloadable products page it still looks like its the 1.6 version. I installed anyway and it is still version 1.6. Can you please tell me how to get version 2.0 that we purchased? (order #:500000476)

    Thank you

Hi John – please open a ticket via your account center’s help desk (if you haven’t already) and we’ll send you Ultimento 2.0!

  4. I have Ultimento 1.5.1.0 and trying to update to 2.0, I have followed the step by step instructions. However it doesn’t seem to be updating.

  5. Yep. Followed those same instructions again, just now. I first disabled my cache, disabled the compilation, logged out, using Filezilla uploaded the new 2.0 update. However it is still not updating.

Hi Samuel – when uploading with FTP are you sure to overwrite all of Ultimento’s core files? Otherwise it won’t update your installation… Also how do you know your copy is not up to date?

Either way if you’re still having problems with this feel free to send us your FTP and Magento admin info via the help desk in your account center and we’ll take a look ;) .

  6. Hi Noam,

Thanks for your help but it has updated. Don’t know why I was not seeing it before, but when I went back and logged in it was showing the updates.

    Thanks again

Is there a Menu extension that can be used with Ultimento that will allow the menu to drop down across the width of the site instead of straight down? Maybe like a super fish menu?

    • noam says:

Hi Samuel – yes there are actually many Magento extensions that provide the “exploded menu” functionality. Take a look at this Magento site for example which runs on Ultimento with one of these menu extensions ;) .

  8. Samuel Hadsall says:

    Hi noam,

I am using what is called the “supermenu” with the Ultimentowhite theme. However I want to include 2 cms pages in the main nav, “About us” and “Contact Us”. I have tried editing the “top.phtml” like some of the tutorials say but I am not having any luck. Any suggestions?
