Support hours over the Holiday period

Dear customers,
We wanted to inform our loyal customers of our support hours during the holiday period. We will close our office and support desk on Friday December 23rd at 5pm ET and re-open in the morning on Tuesday December 27th.
We will then close again on Friday December 30th at 5pm ET and re-open in morning on Tuesday January 3rd, 2012.
You can submit tickets as normal but we cannot guarantee response until we open our support desk again.
