   This website is slow. I am in the US and the other UK and AU sites are slow as well. Probably because they are each across one pond or another. Do you have any examples of “live” Ultimento sites in the US that aren’t so slow besides your self-hosted demo? I am very interested, but would like to see a non-slow fully functioning production website in the US.

   (also, several of the pics of the “new products” on the homepage were broken. The magnify pop-up worked despite the thumbnail being broken.

   Average 5 second load time per page.

   Tried in Chrome 14.x & IE9 on a Win7 notebook i5-2410 + 8GB, 15Mbps connection.

     Hi Walter – they all load really fast for me. If you use a 3rd party tool to measure the load time of the theme, you’ll see that it’s very fast.

     Beyond the theme and other factors, the performance of a Magento will also be affected by its hosting.

   Thank you Noam. I will be purchasing the 5 site license today. I have a dedicated Quad core 8GB server at Rackspace, so hopefully the server won’t be an issue.
