Refund policy

Ultimento comes with a 30 day free trial on all accounts. That means that we won't charge you anything if you cancel your trial within the 30 day period. No questions asked. No gimmicks. Nothing. It's as simple as it sounds.

We do not issue refunds passed the 30 day trial. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing Ultimento at our site. No exceptions... but we're here to help if you need anything.

The 30 day trial starts from the date of your first order. So if you purchase several Ultimento packages, your trial period won't be extended past the original 30 days. To be clear, we offer 30 days to evaluate and try the product but no more - 30 days is way enough! The trial period is not extended if you place a new order, even if it's for another project. You have a total of 30 days to evaluate and get to know the product well, calculated from the date of your first order.

Support scope

We offer truly awesome support on Ultimento's Magento themes and Magento Extensions. We just love getting these thank you emails with praises and exclamation marks! But our support scope is limited so make sure you understand exactly what we offer in terms of support.

At any time you can also get 6 months of additional support.

Your use of the software is subject to our End User License Agreement which can be viewed or downloaded here.
