Support period

Support on our Magento themes and Magento Extensions is limited to 1 year after purchase. You can always renew your support subscription if you'd like.

Dedicated support forum

Ultimento's extensive documentation is the most complete and comprehensive forum in the entire Magento industry. We participate in the discussion and respond to the comments on the wiki every day so it's by far the fastest way to get support.

Help desk

For more complex issues or to submit a private question we have a handy help desk which you can access via your account center. If you're going to open a ticket there make sure to include the following information together with your detailed question:

  • FTP info to your Magento root folder
  • Magento admin access

We try to respond to all queries within 1 or 2 business days but it's not always possible. Please be patient for 1-on-1 professional support via the help desk.

Errors or problems have arisen due to customization

We offer Magento theme customization at our hourly rate so feel free to reach out if you're interested. We work with a lot of Ultimento customers on custom requests with great success. From theme customization and Magento consulting to custom Magento module development and more. But please understand that we can't offer any customization, or assistance with customization, through our support channels.

Still though you can try to post your customization question on the Discussion page or better yet in the comment section of a wiki article relevant to your question.

Issues occurring due to upgrade

We're not able to offer support for Magento or Ultimento updates or upgrades that are not performed or provided by us. If you'd like assistance performing an upgrade, check out our customization page.

Issues and questions not related to our Magento themes and extensions

Questions or issues that are not expressly related to Ultimento's Magento themes or Magento Extensions are outside our support scope. We can help at our hourly rate though - and for most people that's a really good option that's worth every penny!

To be clear, we're talking about questions related to hosting or regarding setting up, managing, and maintaining a Magento website, as well as all questions related to the Magento platform itself.
